Terms and Conditions for Free Monitoring Connection Offer

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to new customers who sign up for our monitoring service, subject to availability and approval. Certain systems may be excluded from this offer at the discretion of Island Alarms.

2. Offer Details: The free monitoring connection includes the provision of one (1) replacement panel and one (1) keypad, if deemed necessary by [Your Company Name] for compatibility with our monitoring service. No additional equipment beyond one panel and one keypad will be provided under this offer.

3. Excluded Systems: Some systems, including but not limited to list specific systems if applicable, e.g., "legacy systems older than 10 years" or "third-party proprietary systems", are not eligible for this offer. Island Alarms reserves the right to determine system compatibility and exclude systems at its sole discretion.

4. Installation: Installation of the replacement panel and keypad, where applicable, will be performed by Island Alarms or its authorized representatives. Additional installation fees may apply if the customer’s existing setup requires modifications beyond standard connection procedures.

5. Service Commitment: Acceptance of this offer requires enrollment in Island Alarms’ monitoring service for a minimum term of 12 months. Early termination of the monitoring service may result in additional fees or the repayment of equipment costs at the current market rate.

6. Limitations: This offer does not cover additional hardware, wiring, or repairs beyond the replacement of one panel and one keypad. Any further equipment or service needs will be subject to additional charges.

7. Ownership: The replacement panel and keypad provided under this offer remain the property of Island Alarms until the minimum service term is completed, unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Availability: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Island Alarms at any time without prior notice.

9. Warranty: The replacement panel and keypad are covered under Island Alarms’ standard equipment warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or external factors.

10. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Island Alarms.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from this offer will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
